3 Content Questions to Ask About Your Website [Tips]

If you’ve always performed the web design function in your company or you’ve used a web designer’s services, make sure to always scrutinise the content that your business website presents to customers. When you decide that your website needs an update, get a web designer to handle it, even if you must outsource to an overseas web developer.

Because you want your customers to benefit from frequent improvements to your website, take the plunge and ask these questions about your website:

1. Did you address your “high-frequency” users?

Who are the customers that visit most often for information? You can study the sources of website traffic to your site. Some customers arrive most frequently from certain sites that link to your business, such as a partner’s website. Decide if you have included enough content on your website to meet the needs of these high-frequency users.

2. How can you arrange the content so customers find it quickly?
